Please note that once you have purchased a course and you have accessed the Course Materials or gained access to any part of the site that is only available to enrolled students, no refund can be given.
Online Shop:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the good within 30 days of receipt to Fit Training, Aidan House, Sunderland Road, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, NE8 3 HU. In all instances, please email us stating your intention. Please include your order number in all correspondence.
Goods that are returned in a re-saleable condition will be subject to a full refund of the purchase price, excluding postage and packaging costs.
We regret we cannot accept returns of opened software: DVD's or CD's.
If you receive damaged goods, please return the goods within 14 days of receipt.
