Course Content

• Principles and Fundamentals of Mat Pilates
• Planning and teaching Mat Pilates
• Instructing, managing, adapting and evaluation sessions

Study Format

Complete theory modules online, before attending 6 practical workshops (usually on a Saturday and/or Sunday and spread over 2 months). Assessments and Internal Theory test will be undertaken during these workshop days.
