Who is it for?

This increasingly popular area of teaching is aimed at Studio and Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers and Sports Therapists. You should have knowledge and experience of practicing and participating in Pilates sessions. It is also recommended, though not necessary, to have at least 3 years teaching experience.

Course Content

• Level 3 Exercise & Fitness Knowledge Theory
• Principles and fundamentals of Mat Pilates
• Planning and teaching Mat Pilates
• Instructing, managing, adapting and evaluation sessions

Assessment

Complete theory modules online, before attending 6 practical workshops (usually on a Saturday and/or Sunday and spread over 2 months). Assessments and Theory test will be undertaken during these workshop days.
