Study Options
With Fit Training you have a choice of two ways in which to complete your course:
- Face-to-Face Training Course - Level 2 Gym is 5 days a week for 2 weeks. Level 3 Advanced Gym is 5 days a week for 2 weeks. All other Personal Trainer modules will be studied using the full colour study guide and require an additional 5, set, attendance days over the following few months. - Online Training Course - Independent learning for those who prefer to work at home at their own speed. Complete all theory modules (including Level 2 Gym and Level 3 Advanced Gym) online and attend 4 Training Days and 5 Assessment Days. Click here to enrol on this course and start anytime.
Pre-requisites
- One current Level 2 qualification in a related area (within 3 years)
- Experience working in a gym

Each module is assessed separately.

- CYQ Level 2 Certificate in Instructing Gym
