Who is it for?
For those who do not have a current Level 2 Certificate and want to become a Personal Trainer.
If you have a current QCF Gym-Based Exercise qualification then you should book the normal Personal Training Intensive.
Choosing the Personal Training PACKAGE gives you the ability to book BOTH the Level 2 Gym-Based Exercise Course and the Personal Training Course at the same time, at a discounted rate.
What if I already hold a current an older Level 2 certificate?
If you hold a level 2 certificate then you should contact us to see how we can integrate you to the new QCF qualification.

- Developing Personal Training Sessions
Structure
Part 1:
- Level 2 Gym-Based Exercise - 5 days a week for 2 weeks, at one of our facilities in the north east
Part 2:
- Level 3 Personal Training - 12 days over 2 1/2 weeks, at one of our facilities in the north east

Pre-requisites
- Experience working in a gym

- CYQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing Gym-Based Exercise (QCF)
- CYQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (QCF)
- Entry at REPS at Level 3
