Format 10 days plus assessment eith 1 day per week or 2 week intensive.

CYQ Level 2 Certification in Fitness Instructing - GYM
ENTRY TO REPS AT LEVEL 2
- Continuing professional development at level 2 in Circuits, Aerobics, Aqua,
Core Stability, Teaching Children or Studio Cycling (See individual sheets)
- Certificate in Advanced Gym Instruction
