FIT TRAINING
Fit Training agree to abide by the following:
To deliver the training to meet the relevant awarding body standards as appropriate and provide training to customers.
For in-house training, Fit Training aim to deliver the training to meet the needs of the customer and award
Fit Training Certification.
To re-imburse customers for a course on a pro rata basis that is cancelled by
Fit Training. Fit Training reserve the right to cancel or change course dates at short notice.
Fit Training reserve the right to cancel assessment/certification and issue of certificates if the fees have not been paid in full
Customers agree to abide by the following:
For course bookings, customers are required to complete and sign an application/booking form and agree to pay a non-refundable deposit with the booking and/or pay in full. If paying in full, the balance needs to be paid at least one month prior to the start of the course or if it is a late booking of less than one month prior to the start of the course - the full balance is to be paid prior to the start of the course or on the first day of the course.
The standing order facility requires a deposit to be paid at least one month prior to the start of the course and standing order payments must be set up within 10 working days of the course booking being received by
Fit Training and in accordance with the price agreed and authorised by
Fit Training.
Fit Training reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at an annual rate of 2% over the prevailing Lloyds TSB Bank plc base rate until paid in full.
If a customer needs to re-sit an exam or re-take part of the training again, a further fee is to be paid by the customer prior to the exam re-sit or re-training.
If any other payment terms are agreed between Fit Training and a customer these will be detailed on the sales invoice.
Cancellation/transfer policy
Transfer to another Fit Training course, 4 weeks notice prior to the start of the course - no penalty
Complete withdrawal from course by applicant - no refund
